Jennifer Burrows, RN
Chief Executive, Providence Oregon

After intensive bargaining facilitated by the federal mediators for the last three days, Providence’s Oregon bargaining teams have reached tentative agreements with nurses at all eight Providence hospitals in Oregon.

ONA will share details of the tentative agreements with nurses in each of the bargaining units and facilitate ratification votes.

Providence is hopeful that ONA-represented nurses will ratify the tentative agreements that pave a solid path forward for us all. Together, we look forward to continuing to provide excellent and compassionate care for our patients in these communities we serve.

I want to thank each of you for your continued commitment to all those in our care. Your dedication and hard work are ensuring our ability to continue caring for those who need us.
