Chief Executive
Providence Willamette Valley Service Area

I’m pleased to announce Erin Hardwick will become our new executive director of our surgery and orthopedic program. She replaces Colata Loganimoce, who left Providence in December.

Erin has nearly two decades of experience in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operations, physician practice management, and health system strategy and operations. In her role as executive director of ASCs for Providence Clinical Network, she oversaw a portfolio of 36 ASCs across six states, driving financial performance, operational efficiencies, and growth. Erin also worked closely with system and regional leaders to advance key enterprise initiatives. Prior to coming to Providence, Erin worked as director of operations for The Oregon Clinic for Gastroenterology West and Radiation Oncology.

Erin has a track record of fostering strong relationships, enhancing collaboration and driving strategic growth. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the vice president of the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Association, Erin serves on multiple health care boards and is a recognized leader in ambulatory care operations. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University. She is committed to advancing innovative solutions that strengthen physician partnerships, patient care, and business outcomes.

Erin starts in her new role Feb. 24, and I know you join me in welcoming her.
