Clinicians can apply for leadership training program focused on well-being

Clinicians interested in leading and influencing the well-being of their colleagues and teams are invited to apply for the Clinician Wellness Council cohort for 2025-2026.

The program is focused on empowering clinicians to decrease burnout and turnover while improving job satisfaction within their sphere of control through education, coaching, mentorship and community. Creative solutions will be explored for challenges affecting clinician groups and their teams.

Who can apply

The cohort is open to physicians and advanced practice providers, including Providence-employed clinicians, clinician leaders, affiliated clinicians and non-Oregon clinicians. Each group has different funding models and requirements. See full details, including a program timeline.

Important dates

Applications close on May 28. The cohort kicks off in August 2025, and concludes in November 2026.
