TRICARE Beneficiaries Ages 5-11 Now Eligible for Covid-19 Vaccine

On Nov. 2, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) endorsed the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11. It's the latest of several important steps taken by the federal government to end the pandemic. 

According to the CDC, the vaccine will reduce children’s risk of severe disease, death, or long-term COVID-19 complications.
