Do you know that USFHP at PacMed has a Case Management department that is dedicated to assist members who have illnesses where more detailed attention is needed. This department has RNs, Licensed Social Workers, and Behavior Health specialists. They look after you during illness and hospitalization to include the follow-up care after hospitalization. This includes the hospitalization for mental health illness.
