As physicians, your early support sends a powerful message that raises awareness and encourages the participation of others.

See gala registration information HERE.
As physicians, we know how important it is to help our most vulnerable patients, and your early support of Christmas in the Forest and this year’s Fund-A-Need has the power to raise awareness and encourage others to get involved.
Over the past 38 years, this community event has generated more than $16.7 million, raising a significant amount each year to support Providence Mission-driven programs.
Last year’s Christmas in the Forest raised more than $900,000 in support of Providence programs, more than $560,000 of which was raised specifically for the 2025 Fund A Need, Palliative Care.

This year's Fund-a-Need – Sister Rita and Sister Carolyn Patient Assistance Funds
Rooted in our Mission and ministry, these funds help ease the way for patients as they transition from hospital to home. By providing support for essential post-discharge needs — including home visits, durable medical equipment, prescriptions, and, when needed, food and transportation assistance — these funds help remove barriers to healing and promote the dignity, well-being, and recovery of each person we serve.
