This month, we continue to highlight the leaders of our Medical Staff. Their contributions help lead to the outstanding care we provide each other, our entire caregiver community and patients. Please reach out and get to know these individuals and thank them.

Centralia Medical Staff At Large Leaders

Amelia Servin, DO – Emergency Medicine Department Medical Director/Medical Executive Committee Emergency Medicine Representative 

Emergency Medicine 

Dr. Servin is the Medical Director of the Emergency Department and also serves on the Medical Executive Committee as the Emergency Medicine Representative. She completed her residency at Rowan University of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020 and joined the medical staff that same year. In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Servin is deeply committed to advancing patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment. She regularly participates in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of emergency medicine best practices. Her colleagues appreciate her approachable demeanor, clinical expertise, and dedication to both her patients and fellow staff members.

Hari Pathi, MD – PMG Centralia Hospitalist Team Site Clinical Lead/Medical Executive Committee Hospitalist Representative

Internal Medicine

Dr. Pathi has been a joint member of the Centralia and St. Peter Medical Staff since 2017. In addition to his duties as the Hospitalist Representative on the Medical Executive Committee, he serves as a committed member of the Credentials & Bylaws Committee, where his insight is instrumental in evaluating and updating organizational policies. Dr. Pathi’s experience and expertise are highly valued by his colleagues; he brings a unique perspective to the Medical Executive Committee and consistently supports initiatives geared toward change management and the creation of operational efficiencies. Beyond his committee roles, Dr. Pathi is known for his collaborative approach, frequently engaging with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes. His leadership and dedication to professional development have earned him respect throughout the institution, making him a trusted advisor and advocate for continuous improvement.

 

Tyson Flohr, CRNA – Medical Executive Committee At Large Committee Member

Nurse Anesthetist

Flohr became a member of the medical staff in March 2021. He has served as an At Large Member of the Medical Executive Committee and as a member of the Credentials & Bylaws Committee since September 2022. He completed his education at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2015. In addition to these roles, Flohr is recognized for his commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative leadership within the organization. He regularly participates in departmental meetings, contributes thoughtful perspectives to policy discussions, and actively mentors new staff members. His dedication to upholding organizational standards and fostering an inclusive medical community has made a lasting impact on both colleagues and patients.

Giordan Dolan-Umpig, CRNA

Nurse Anesthetist

Giordan Dolan-Umpig, CRNA, is a new addition to our medical staff. In the role of anesthesia co-lead, Giordan will collaborate closely with Tyson on the At Large duties as part of the Medical Executive Committee. Giordan earned a degree from the Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Nursing in 2023, where he developed a strong foundation in both clinical practice and patient-centered care. Passionate about advancing perioperative safety and innovation, Giordan is committed to supporting colleagues and enhancing the patient experience through evidence-based anesthesia practices. His approachable manner and dedication to continuous learning make them a valued asset to the team.

St. Peter Medical Staff At Large Leaders

Susan Links, MD – Medical Staff Committee Member At Large

Internal Medicine

Dr. Susan Links joined the medical staff in 2007. She completed her residency at OHSU in 1994 and became part of the Medical Executive Committee (MEC) as an At Large Member in January 2025. Prior to joining the MEC, Dr. Links was an active member of the Credentials Committee, where she contributed to reviewing and approving staff appointments and privileges. She is the District Hospital Medical Director for Kaiser Permanente at Providence St. Peter Hospital and in that role collaborates with hospital and community partners to improve patient safety, quality, and transitions of care. Dr. Links is known among her colleagues for her collaborative leadership style and her commitment to quality improvement initiatives. In addition to her administrative roles, she continues to provide direct patient care.

Heidi Bray, DNP, ARNP – Medical Staff Committee Member At Large

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Dr Bray has been a St. Peter Medical Staff member since 2004, serving in several medical staff committee leadership positions.  She earned graduate degrees in Nursing from the University of Washington (Masters in 2000 and Doctoral degree in 2009.) Heidi advocated for the APC-Dependent category change to provide ARNPs and PA-Cs a voice and vote as full members of the medical staff at St. Peter. Her commitment to professional growth is demonstrated through involvement in continuing education initiatives and inter-departmental projects. Through her efforts, she has sought to foster a progressive and interdisciplinary environment where all clinical voices are heard and valued.
