Becky asked 13-year-old Tauren Brown and her parents to talk about their experience with the plan. Tauren was prediabetic seven months ago so Becky suggested 5-2-1-0+9 to get her on track. Now, Tauren is no longer prediabetic! It’s a great success story that will hopefully inspire other families to get healthier together.
