The Power of Connection

Little did Brad Dobry and Jim Cochran know when they each joined an exercise class offered at Kadlec Healthplex that they would get much more out of it than improved health.  They also got a deep friendship.

During the past few years, Brad experienced a serious decline in his health. He became overweight, diabetic, isolated, and depressed.

“It was a dark time,” said Brad. “For about two years, I didn’t do or care about anything.”

Last year, his primary care provider, Scott Roberts, ARNP, suggested he start physical therapy at the Healthplex.
