CORE's 2025 Annual Report showcases how CORE and its cross-sector partners are working to advance health and health equity across the Western U.S. and beyond.

Last year brought unprecedented challenges for states, community-based organizations, and many other programs, projects, and people in public health and related areas. In the face of these headwinds, the Center for Outcomes Research and Education (CORE) remained steadfast in its mission to make meaningful improvements in health and health equity.
CORE's 2025 Annual Report highlights some of the more than 28 active projects that we supported last year with at least 60 partners, and how we’re collaborating across sectors to shape healthier and more equitable systems, policies, programs, and communities.
