Kombucha is a fizzy, fermented tea containing probiotics, antioxidants and other health-promoting properties to help improve wellness.

If you’ve ever sipped kombucha and wondered what makes it healthy, you’re probably not alone. Kombucha is a fermented drink made up of green or black tea, yeast, sugar and possibly flavorings or juice, depending on the recipe.
