Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) annually assigns star ratings to hospitals nationwide based on their performance across several quality categories. We're pleased to share that Healdsburg Hospital's D/P SNF Subacute Unit received 5 stars from CMS this year!
The Subacute rating is based on three performance sources: health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. In addition to receiving high ratings across CMS's performance measures, our Subacute COVID vaccination rates were above the national average at 89.2%. Great work!
