Heather Guthrie, LICSW

Heather is a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. With 20 years of experience in both the inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic setting as well as in primary care, community mental health and school based settings, Heather sees the strength in vulnerability while emphasizing connection as a catalyst for healing and growth.  "I believe in fostering a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship and tailoring interventions to meet your unique needs. Desiree Hobson, LICSW

Desiree is an independently licensed clinical social worker. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is passionate about mental health and is deeply moved with compassion for individuals seeking support and guidance facing hardships along life's journey. Holding space and being fully present for her client's concerns, hopes and challenges is an honor for her. Desiree has diverse experience practicing in adoption and healthcare settings including oncology, the emergency room, medical/surgical units and critical care. Desiree enjoys working with pre-teens, teens and adults, utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities including Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT and mindfulness with an infusion of art-based approaches. Andrea Bice, LCSW

Andrea is a mental health therapist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her experience and areas of specialization encompass a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and autism spectrum disorder. She utilizes a collaborative approach with adolescents and their families and implements various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Collaborative & Proactive Solutions, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy.

Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Michigan University and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Washington.

Dawn St. Aubyn, LICSW

Dawn is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She earned her master’s degree in social work from New Mexico State University in 1999, and her BA in sociology at California University - South Bay in 1992. Dawn has more than 30 years’ experience working in the human services field; she’s had the privilege of working with people of all ages and walks of life over that time. Having spent many years in the health care sector, she has a passion for supporting first responders and other health care providers. With all her patients, she approaches their stories with respect, humor, warmth and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic tools. She is comfortable working with individuals and couples, adolescents and adults who might be struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelm or situational stressors. “Working through life’s transitions means more than ‘fixing what’s wrong with you.’ It’s about optimization of happiness, growth, learning new communication and coping tools, and becoming the person you want to be.”

Sarah Pulvere, LICSW

Sarah obtained her Masters of Social Work from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is a licensed independent clinical social worker who resides in California and has spent the last six and a half years serving her community at an inpatient psychiatric hospital and its outpatient program. Sarah has lived and worked in Australia, Japan, and the USA, practicing in the prison system, the family violence sector, child protective services and private therapy. Sarah has internship experience in the hospice and emergency departments of St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne. She brings a unique lens to her practice, utilizing an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy that promotes insight and self-awareness. "I care about connecting with others in a genuine, open, compassionate way. I care about bearing witness to their stories and validating their experiences. I am passionate about enhancing life satisfaction, inspiring personal growth by tapping into a client's internal strengths and resources."

Lina Toyos, LICSW

Lina Toyos is a licensed clinical social worker in California. Lina earned her master’s in social work from the University of Southern California and has worked in the healthcare industry as a medical social worker for over 10 years. She is skilled in dealing with behavioral health crisis, anxiety, depression, situational stress, grief and loss. 

Lina has worked with a variety of ages, including adults, older adults, young adults, and adolescents. She enjoys working with diverse populations and has experience with issues such as aging, gender and LGBTQIA+ issues. Lina's therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of brief interventions including CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, and is individualized for every client. 

Stephen Singer, LICSW

Stephen earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and is a licensed independent clinical social worker. Stephen completed his practicum training at a University of Washington medical clinic. Stephen has training and experience working with people on issues that include depression, anxiety, communication, relationships and stress; he utilizes mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Stephen's practice philosophy is "I believe that every individual has the right to be heard and we have a moral obligation to support one another. Making a meaningful connection is the first step toward fostering positive and sustainable change and helping individuals where they are at."

Pam Green, LICSW

Provides care to Providence Health Plan members in ID, MT, OR, WA. 

Pam is an independently licensed clinical social worker. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University with a concentration in behavioral health with adults. Pam has worked in psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, emergency rooms and primary care clinics for more than 12 years and specializes in work with adults, couples, and families. A seasoned therapist, Pam provides a safe space to process emotions and life experiences without judgement, while exploring barriers in order to create positive and meaningful change. Pam’s clinical approach is person-centered and firmly grounded in the theories, research and evidence-based techniques which have proven consistently effective over time. She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and general life transitions.
