Brandon Aguillard, LICSW

Brandon is dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and life transitions.  Holding a Master's in Social Work from the University of Washington and over a decade of clinical experience across various mental health settings ranging from private practice to community mental health, hospitals, and schools, Brandon brings a wealth of experience to his practice. He is committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Brandon specializes in couples therapy and holds certification as a Gottman Method level 2 therapist. Additionally, he is passionate about assisting individuals struggling with substance use disorders and addiction, offering compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions to support recovery and holistic wellness.  In therapy, Brandon supports clients in the present moment as they navigate challenges and explore opportunities for growth. Miriam Siyam, LCSW

Miriam focuses her practice on working with adults and couples.  Her medical social work background led her to work with clients experiencing caregiver burnout as well as chronic illness and pain management issues.  Miriam also works with adults who are experiencing relationship issues, grief, self esteem issues and narcissistic abuse recovery.  She received her master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California and has 18 years of clinical experience.  Her approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based and when working with couples she utilizes aspects of the Gottman method and Imago Relationship Therapy.  "My goal is for my clients to feel comfortable with me so that they can be authentic. Then we can work together to get to the root of their concerns."

Sophia Kall, LCSW

Sophia is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of California Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.  Sophia has over 30 years of social work experience helping individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, grief, loss, alcohol/substance use, and relationship issues.  She specializes in a collaborative approach that promotes awareness of life patterns and builds on strengths to explore coping skills and options. Sarah Conway, LICSW

Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker who graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.  She is experienced in primary care and outpatient settings as well as in hospice, palliative care and hospital settings. Sarah sees her role as a therapist as meeting clients where they are using a non-judgemental patient centered approach to help build insight, develop and implement more effective strategies for problem solving and healthier decision making and encouraging self learning and independence.

Sherlyn Frank, LCSW

Sherlyn is a Clinical Social Worker licensed in California and New York with 25 years of experience working with families and adults in the areas of child welfare, psychosocial assessments, behavioral health, forensic & medical social work and management. She also specializes in international social work in London, UK as the sole member of an LLC. She worked as a Specialist Assessment Services consultant managing non-profit teams and private organizations for six of the fifteen years residing abroad.

Sherlyn has over 10 years of licensed psychotherapy experience specializing in working with  adolescents, and high-functioning adults in the areas of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Beth Tomer, LICSW

Beth is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, earning her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked for many years in the acute care  setting,  primarily the inpatient and emergency room environments but also spent time in the long-term care industry.   She is comfortable working with individuals across the age spectrum, adolescents to older adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or other behavioral health issues like depression, stress, substance use or anxiety. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and finds it meaningful to support others during life’s most challenging moments.  Beth is also a Certified Case Manager which has fostered her practice of promoting wellness, advocacy and health education that focuses on engaging clients to help  navigate difficult or stressful situations.  She believes in treating the whole person in her work.   Her practice philosophy is to create a safe space for individuals to share their struggles and concerns while using a strengths-based approach to help individuals cope, thrive and move forward.

Lina Toyos, LCSW

Lina Toyos is a licensed clinical social worker in California. Lina earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and has worked in the healthcare industry as a medical social worker for over 10 years. She is skilled in dealing with behavioral health crisis, anxiety, depression, situational stress, grief and loss. 

Lina has worked with a variety of ages, including adults, older adults, young adults, and adolescents. She enjoys working with diverse populations and has experience with issues such as aging, gender and LGBTQIA+ issues. Lina's therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of brief interventions including CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, and is individualized for every client. 

Chi Tsujino Wells, LICSW

Chi is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, earning her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington. Chi is also certified as an Advanced Hospice & Palliative Social Worker (ACHP-SW). Born and raised in Japan, Chi enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and diverse life experience. She feels it is a great honor to bear witness to her clients’ stories and support them in their journey. Chi is a generalist in practice and enjoys helping people with a wide variety of concerns: Stress, grief/loss, life transitions and caregiving issues.  She has experience working at community agencies and health care institutions both in in-patient and in-home care settings. Chi believes in meeting people where they are and that every individual has unique inner strengths that are key to their own healing. Sarah Gibson, LCSW

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently practicing in California and originally hailing from the Pacific Northwest. After receiving her Masters of Social Work from Portland State University, Sarah furthered her training to include drama therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice. Sarah blends creativity with evidence-based practice to support her clients with their exploration of authentic self. Sarah’s work began while serving in the Peace Corps in Rreshen, Albania and since has worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities and intensive outpatient programs. Her areas of specialization include addiction, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. “We each play a series of roles in our daily life. Andrew Daly, LCSW

Andrew is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional, with over ten years of clinical experience in primary care and outpatient treatment settings. He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, stress management and relationship, and communication related issues. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico State University in 1999, and her BA in Sociology at California University - South Bay in 1992. Dawn has more than 30 years’ experience working in the human services field; she’s had the privilege of working with people of all ages and walks of life over that time. Having spent many years in the health care sector, she has a passion for supporting first responders and other health care providers. With all her patients, she approaches their stories with respect, humor, warmth and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic tools. Angela Lim is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Angela Lim earned her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Washington and completed internships at Cancer Lifeline and the Seattle Veterans Administration. Angela is a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist who has worked in health care for 40 years, 18 years as a health care social worker. She provides care for individuals and families in all phases of life, including those seeking to improve their overall health and those facing serious illness. Andrea is a Mental Health Therapist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Sandra has more than five years of experience in private practice as well as experience in the settings of community mental health and health care. Sandra incorporates different treatment approaches depending on the individual. Emily has more than 15 years’ experience in health care and medical social work and specializes in the field of geriatrics, dementia, caregiving, managing multi-morbidity and improving self-care. She is passionate about mental health and is deeply moved with compassion for individuals seeking support and guidance facing hardships along life's journey. Desiree has diverse experience practicing in adoption and healthcare settings including oncology, the emergency room, medical/surgical units and critical care. Pam has worked in psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, emergency rooms and primary care clinics for more than 12 years and specializes in work with adults, couples, and families. Tiffany Courtnage, LICSW

Tiffany is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and has over fifteen years of experience working in outpatient and inpatient medical settings, hospice, and community mental health. 

Tiffany spent most of her career working in outpatient oncology at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance where she most recently worked as a manager of the Clinical Social Work department. Because of her many years in the health care sector, she has a specific interest in providing support to first responders and other health care providers, including those in health care leadership/administration. Meredith Ford, LICSW

Meredith Ford is a Mental Health Therapist working with adults, adolescents, and families. She is experienced with children, teens, and families with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma. She also has experience with perinatal mental health, parenting and substance use disorders. She has worked in schools, hospitals, community-based agencies, and private practice.

Meredith is experienced with both brief interventions and intensive treatment. She uses a collaborative and strength-based approach as an imperative component to the change process. She views therapy from a developmental perspective and trauma-informed lens while using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, humanistic approaches, and dialectical behavioral therapy, to improve overall wellness and functioning.

Cathlyn cares for patients with a wide range of behavioral health needs including depression, anxiety, and stress. Her evidence-based approach utilizes mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. Cathlyn’s practice philosophy is "I believe that making connections with people is the cornerstone of doing meaningful work with them. Jennifer Baumgardner, LCSW

Jennifer is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California.  Jennifer is also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C).  She has over 15 years experience in the behavioral health field and provides care for a variety of behavioral health needs including depression, anxiety, stress, and mental health needs related to pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.  Jennifer's approach to therapy is person-centered and she utilizes a variety of modalities, including CBT and strengths-based therapy.
