Miriam focuses her practice on working with adults and couples.  Her medical social work background led her to work with clients experiencing caregiver burnout as well as chronic illness and pain management issues.  Miriam also works with adults who are experiencing relationship issues, grief, self esteem issues and narcissistic abuse recovery.  She received her master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California.  Her approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based and when working with couples she utilizes aspects of the Gottman method and Imago Relationship Therapy.  "My goal is for my clients to feel comfortable with me so that they can be authentic. Then we can work together to get to the root of their concerns."

Sophia is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of California Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.  Sophia has over 30 years of social work experience helping individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, grief, loss, alcohol/substance use, and relationship issues.  She specializes in a collaborative approach that promotes awareness of life patterns and builds on strengths to explore coping skills and options. Stephen earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and is a licensed independent clinical social worker. Stephen completed his practicum training at a University of Washington medical clinic. Stephen has training and experience working with people on issues that include depression, anxiety, communication, relationships and stress; he utilizes mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Sherlyn specializes in working with adults in the areas of developmental trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. Beth's practice philosophy is to create a safe space for individuals to share their struggles and concerns while using a strenghs-based approach to help individuals cope, thrive and move foward. She believes in treating the whole person in her work. She has worked for many years in the acute care setting, primarily the inpatient and emergency room enviornments but also spent time in the long-term care industry. She is comfortable working with individuals across the age spectrum, adolescents to older adults, who are experiencing a mental health crisis or other behavioral health issues like depression, stress, substance use or anxiety. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and finds it meaningful to support others during life's most challenging moments. Beth is also a Certified Case Manager which has fostered her practice of promoting wellness, advocacy and health education that focuses on engaging clients to help navigate difficult or stressful suituations. Beth earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lina Toyos is a licensed clinical social worker in California. Lina earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and has worked in the healthcare industry as a medical social worker for over 10 years. She is skilled in dealing with behavioral health crisis, anxiety, depression, situational stress, grief and loss. 

Lina has worked with a variety of ages, including adults, older adults, young adults, and adolescents. She enjoys working with diverse populations and has experience with issues such as aging, gender and LGBTQIA+ issues. Lina's therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of brief interventions including CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, and is individualized for every client. 

Chi Tsujino Wells

She has experience working at community agencies and health care institutions in both in-patient and in-home care settings.

Sarah hails from the Pacific Northwest and currently practices in Oregon. After receiving her Master of Social Work from Portland State University, Sarah furthered her training to include drama therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Sarah blends creativity with evidence-based practice to support her clients with their exploration of authentic self. Sarah’s work began while serving in the Peace Corps in Rreshen, Albania and since has worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities and intensive outpatient programs. Andrew is a trauma-informed, solution-focused clinician dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired goals and outcomes. Dawn St. Aubyn

Dawn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico State University in 1999, and her BA in Sociology at California University - South Bay in 1992. Dawn has more than 30 years’ experience working in the human services field; she’s had the privilege of working with people of all ages and walks of life over that time. Having spent many years in the health care sector, she has a passion for supporting first responders and other health care providers. With all her patients, she approaches their stories with respect, humor, warmth and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic tools. Sandra Selby

Sandra is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master's in Social Work from Smith College. Sandra has more than five years of experience in private practice as well as experience in the settings of community mental health and health care. She is comfortable helping people with a wide variety of issues. Her areas of specializations include anxiety, depression, coping skills, relationship issues, life transitions and coping with illness. Sandra incorporates different treatment approaches depending on the individual. Tiffany is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and has experience working in outpatient and inpatient medical settings, hospice, and community mental health. 

Tiffany spent most of her career working in outpatient oncology at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance where she most recently worked as a manager of the Clinical Social Work department. Meredith Ford is a Mental Health Therapist working with adults, adolescents, and families. She is experienced with children, teens, and families with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma. She also has experience with perinatal mental health, parenting and substance use disorders. She has worked in schools, hospitals, community-based agencies, and private practice.

Meredith is experienced with both brief interventions and intensive treatment. She uses a collaborative and strength-based approach as an imperative component to the change process. She views therapy from a developmental perspective and trauma-informed lens while using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, humanistic approaches, and dialectical behavioral therapy, to improve overall wellness and functioning.

Jennifer Baumgardner

Jennifer is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California.  Jennifer is also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C).  She has experience in the behavioral health field and provides care for a variety of behavioral health needs including depression, anxiety, stress, and mental health needs related to pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.  Jennifer's approach to therapy is person-centered and she utilizes a variety of modalities, including CBT and strengths-based therapy.
