Andrea Bice, LCSW

Andrea is a mental health therapist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her experience and areas of specialization encompass a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and autism spectrum disorder. She utilizes a collaborative approach with adolescents and their families and implements various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Collaborative & Proactive Solutions, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy.

Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Michigan University and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Washington.

 

Tiffany Courtnage, LICSW

Tiffany is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and has over fifteen years of experience working in outpatient and inpatient medical settings, hospice, and community mental health. 

Tiffany spent most of her career working in outpatient oncology at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance where she most recently worked as a manager of the Clinical Social Work department. Because of her many years in the health care sector, she has a specific interest in providing support to first responders and other health care providers, including those in health care leadership/administration. Tiffany has served clients who are experiencing concerns including (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, anticipatory grief and navigating a terminal diagnosis, end-of-life transitions, career and personal transition, workplace stress, and issues related to aging and caregiving. 

She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. “It takes a great deal of courage to ask for help. Shanna Crowe, LICSW

Shanna is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Wichita State University. Shanna works with a variety of age ranges from school age through seniors. She is experienced with treating mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and stress related disorders. Additionally, she has specialized working with people in difficult life transitions. Shanna is experienced using trauma- informed therapies that utilize neuroscience techniques in combination with other therapeutic interventions such as mindfulness based cognitive therapy and somatic experiencing to work with the mind-body connection. Shanna works to provide a holistic approach to improve the emotional and physiological regulation of the client to improve their overall well-being.

Andrew is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional, with over ten years of clinical experience in primary care and outpatient treatment settings. He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, stress management and relationship, and communication related issues. Primary treatment modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Behavior Activation, and Problem-Solving Therapy. Andrew is a trauma-informed, solution-focused clinician dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired goals and outcomes. He is passionate about helping patients actualize post-traumatic growth from painful or challenging life experiences.

Andrew earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brandman University and his Master of Social Work degree from University of Southern California.

 

Meredith Ford, LICSW

Meredith Ford is a mental health therapist working with adults, adolescents, and families. She is experienced with children, teens, and families with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma. She also has experience with perinatal mental health, parenting and substance use disorders. She has worked in schools, hospitals, community-based agencies, and private practice.

Meredith is experienced with both brief interventions and intensive treatment. She uses a collaborative and strength-based approach as an imperative component to the change process. She views therapy from a developmental perspective and trauma-informed lens while using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, humanistic approaches, and dialectical behavioral therapy, to improve overall wellness and functioning.

Sherlyn is a Clinical Social Worker licensed in California and New York with 25 years of experience working with children, families, and adults in the areas of child welfare, psychosocial assessments, behavioral health, forensic & medical social work, and management. She also specializes in international social work in London, UK as the sole member of an LLC. She worked as a Specialist Assessment Services consultant managing non-profit teams and private organizations for six of the fifteen years residing abroad.

Sherlyn has over 10 years of licensed psychotherapy experience specializing in working with children, adolescents, and high-functioning adults in the areas of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Cathlyn cares for patients with a wide range of behavioral health needs including depression, anxiety, and stress. Her evidence-based approach utilizes mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker currently practicing in California and originally hailing from the Pacific Northwest. After receiving her Masters of Social Work from Portland State University, Sarah furthered her training to include drama therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice. Sarah blends creativity with evidence-based practice to support her clients with their exploration of authentic self. Sarah’s work began while serving in the Peace Corps in Rreshen, Albania and since has worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities and intensive outpatient programs. Her areas of specialization include addiction, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. “We each play a series of roles in our daily life. Pam Green, LICSW

Pam is an independently licensed clinical social worker. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University with a concentration in behavioral health with adults. Pam has worked in psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, emergency rooms and primary care clinics for more than 12 years and specializes in work with adults, couples, and families. A seasoned therapist, Pam provides a safe space to process emotions and life experiences without judgement, while exploring barriers in order to create positive and meaningful change. Pam’s clinical approach is person-centered and firmly grounded in the theories, research and evidence-based techniques which have proven consistently effective over time. She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and general life transitions. She is passionate about mental health and is deeply moved with compassion for individuals seeking support and guidance facing hardships along life's journey. Holding space and being fully present for her client's concerns, hopes and challenges is an honor for her. Angela Lim is a licensed independent clinical social worker. Angela Lim earned her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Washington and completed internships at Cancer Lifeline and the Seattle Veterans Administration. Angela has worked in health care for 40 years, 18 years as a health care social worker. She provides care for individuals and families in all phases of life, including those seeking to improve their overall health and those facing serious illness. Lina Reyes is a licensed clinical social worker in California. Lina earned her master’s in social work from the University of Southern California and has worked in the healthcare industry as a medical social worker for over 10 years. She is skilled in dealing with behavioral health crisis, anxiety, depression, situational stress, grief and loss. 

Lina has worked with a variety of ages, including adults, older adults, young adults, and adolescents. She enjoys working with diverse populations and has experience with issues such as aging, gender and LGBTQ issues. Stephen completed his practicum training at a University of Washington medical clinic. Dawn is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She earned her master’s degree in social work from New Mexico State University in 1999, and her BA in sociology at California University - South Bay in 1992. Dawn has more than 30 years’ experience working in the human services field; she’s had the privilege of working with people of all ages and walks of life over that time. Having spent many years in the health care sector, she has a passion for supporting first responders and other health care providers. With all her patients, she approaches their stories with respect, humor, warmth and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic tools. Beth Tomer, LICSW

Beth is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, earning her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked for many years in the acute care  setting,  primarily the inpatient and emergency room environments but also spent time in the long-term care industry.   She is comfortable working with individuals across the age spectrum, adolescents to older adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or other behavioral health issues like depression, stress, substance use or anxiety. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and finds it meaningful to support others during life’s most challenging moments.  Beth is also a Certified Case Manager which has fostered her practice of promoting wellness, advocacy and health education that focuses on engaging clients to help  navigate difficult or stressful situations.  She believes in treating the whole person in her work.   Her practice philosophy is to create a safe space for individuals to share their struggles and concerns while using a strengths-based approach to help individuals cope, thrive and move forward.

Chi is also certified as an Advanced Hospice & Palliative Social Worker (ACHP-SW). Born and raised in Japan, Chi enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and diverse life experience. She feels it is a great honor to bear witness to her clients’ stories and support them in their journey. Erica Williams, LICSW

Erica Williams is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience caring for individuals and families experiencing a variety of biopsychosocial challenges. Erica earned her Bachelors of English from Boston College and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Washington. Following her interest in the mind-body-spirit connection, she has since practiced as a medical social worker in settings including inpatient psychiatry, adult and pediatric intensive care, the mental health court system, palliative care, and cancer treatment. Erica is currently pursuing continuing education in the field of Spiritual Psychology through the University of Santa Monica and has over 400 hours of training in the practice, philosophy, and teaching of traditional yoga.

Erica believes that inner work can be the most courageous, meaningful, and transformational work a person can do, thus she considers sitting with clients an honor and a privilege. Her intention is to create a compassionate and skillful counseling environment in which clients are empowered to heal the parts inside that hurt and move forward on what matters most to them.
