Hear Me Now: The dignity of a name

Featuring Jennifer Eid-Ammons and Jessica Quintal Alvarez, Santa Rosa, Calif. During her years of homelessness, it meant a lot to Jessica when someone remembered her name. Today, as a medical assistant with the Providence Mobile Health Clinic in Santa Rosa, Calif., she brings care to hundreds of vulnerable and unhoused people each week, and makes it her personal mission to know each of them by name.
