About Christina Speaks:
Christina’s journey in nutrition began at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, where she completed her undergraduate and master’s degree with a primary focus in nutrition research and community. She has spent a large part of her career in clinical nutrition, including critical care. Christina enjoys helping people feel confident and knowledgeable about the foods they eat. When she is not working, Christina enjoys distance running, hiking, camping and spending time with her husband and three sons.
