Providence St. Joseph Health selected Mayank Jain as its new group vice president of workforce strategy and analytics. In this role he will collaborate with regional and functional leaders across the organization to improve the caregiver experience. Jain comes to Providence with twelve years of experience in building and leading workforce transformation, planning, and analytics functions at companies including Allianz, VISA and Ameriprise Financial.

The Providence St. Joseph Health family of organizations employs 119,000 caregivers across seven states and is driven by the belief that health is a human right. Providence, which sees its work as living at the intersection of innovation and compassion, created this new role to ensure caregivers have the best information to compassionately deliver care.

Jain will ensure Providence has the systems, tools and processes in place to improve the value of its current workforce at the most affordable cost in addition to leading the efforts to prepare the organization for the next generation of caregivers.
Prior to his work at Allianz, VISA and Ameriprise Financial, Jain was working in business reengineering, analytics and commercial finance at American Express and GE Capital. Jain holds an MBA in finance from the Institute of Management Technology and a BE in electrical engineering from Assam Engineering College in India.
