Providence Basecamp Prevention + Wellness is offering a free virtual class series designed to help participants build a personalized plan for becoming nicotine-free.
Personalized support for your journey
Led by a certified tobacco-treatment professional, this eight-week online program provides practical tools, encouragement and expert guidance tailored to each participant's goals and challenges.
Throughout the program, participants will learn strategies to:
- Manage triggers, cravings and lifestyle changes
- Build a strong support system
- Understand the effects of nicotine on health
- Replace nicotine use with healthier daily habits
Whether you're just beginning to consider quitting or are ready to take the next step, the program offers a structured path forward in a supportive environment.
