Providence St. Joseph Medical Center Welcomes New Laboratory Manager

Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson is pleased to announce that Cheryl Hunt, M.B.A., C.L.S. has accepted the position as Providence St. Joseph Medical Center Laboratory Manager. Cheryl has worked for Providence for 5 years, initially joining the organization as a traveling laboratory technician. In the last five years, Cheryl served as a Bench Technologist, Night Shift Lead, Blood Bank Technologist and most recently, the MSJ Interim Laboratory Manager.

Cheryl’s calm demeanor, attention to detail, compassionate alignment to the Providence Mission and critical thinking skills have been invaluable during the SJMC Lab transition. In addition to her contributions to Providence, Cheryl continued to grow, completing her B.S. in Laboratory Sciences and Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management. Cheryl has repeatedly shown her exemplary commitment to our organization, her role as a scientist- and now, as a leader.
