We're asking Providence providers to take action in responding to the 2020 Provider Survey, which is active through October 21. It is critical that we hear your voices. Much has happened this year, and learning from you will help us be better able to respond to your needs. Thank you for your time, and please share your opinions in this important survey.

Our providers are critical partners in building and sustaining the future of our organizations and caring for patients throughout Oregon. Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, we recognize it has been a stressful time for everyone – especially those on the front lines of health care. Now more than ever, it’s important for health care organizations to support our providers.
To ensure we have an opportunity to check in on our providers’ well-being and to allow for meaningful input into our organization’s response to COVID-19, Providence St. Joseph Health’s Physician Enterprise has partnered with the American Medical Association (AMA) to conduct the 2020 Provider Survey.
All responses will be anonymous, and the aggregate data will help us understand how we can support our providers, improve our operations and restore the joy in practicing medicine.
All employed providers hired on or before May 31, 2020, received a link via email on Sept. 8 from ProviderSurvey2020@providence.org with the survey. Recipients include:
- MD/DO
- PA/NP
- Clinical pharmacists
- Optometrists
- Psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists
- Physical therapists
- ExpressCare providers
Providers, please look for the survey link in your email. We encourage you to take a few moments to submit your responses before Oct. 21, 2020. Thank you for everything you do.
