  • Learning to cook healthy foods in delicious ways can be difficult – but we’re here to help!

  • Providence has teamed up with Homemade to provide free, online cooking classes each month, which can be streamed live or on-demand. You’ll also have access to even more resources on the Homemade site.

  • These free classes can give you the skills you need for more delicious and nutritious home cooking.

Looking to enjoy better nutrition at home? Providence Health has partnered with Homemade to offer free, live virtual cooking classes each month. These classes will provide recipes and cooking instructions that help you enjoy healthy, flavorful food.

Learn to make healthy and delicious recipes

The chefs at Homemade can help you become a pro in the kitchen, sharing their tips and tricks for more delicious and nutritious meals. Whether you have years of experience cooking family dinners or are boiling noodles for the first time, you’ll benefit from Homemade’s clear instructions and support.

After you register for the live cooking class, you’ll receive a list of ingredients and instructions in your email. You can prep and pre-measure ingredients so it’s easy to follow along with the video.

You can cook right along with the classes in your own kitchen, giving you the opportunity to ask the chef questions in real time. And you don’t need to turn on your camera, so don’t worry if your kitchen is a little messy!

Don’t want to cook along live? You can watch the videos on-demand when it works for your schedule.

Love it and want more? Thanks to our partnership with Homemade, you’ll have access to their full library of cooking classes.

You can join our first class live today, October 12, at 4:00 p.m. PT. We’ll be cooking up White Bean Chicken Chili with Homemade and Providence Swedish Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Megann Karch. Register now to learn more
