How to Participate:
Track your miles and progress each week at home by filling out and completing the Track Your Miles form below. We will start kick-off week one of the Bloomsday Training Clinics by walking, running or jogging one mile and we will increase by one mile each week, until we get to seven miles during week seven.
Share your progress each week by posting a photo of yourself completing your miles on social media and use #BloomsdayTC or #Bloomsdayrun.
