EMPOWERING WOMEN TO TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR HEALTH AT EVERY STAGE
LUBBOCK, TX - Covenant Health will host a free community event, Women’s Wellness: Your Guide to Strong Living, Smart Heart Health and Breathing Easier, to help women invest in their overall health in 2026 and beyond.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 18 at the Knipling Education and Conference Center, located on the 6th floor of the west parking garage at Covenant Medical Center, on the corner of 21st and Louisville Avenue.
The program features a series of panel discussions led by host Meredith Cunningham, covering practical, everyday health topics for women at all stages of life, including:

Take a Step: Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) & Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) – common heart conditions women often overlook.

Stay Strong: Everyday Movement & Eating for Energy – featuring insights on perimenopause and menopause.
