Providence ElderPlace Prepares To Open PACE Center in Redmond, Washington

Providence ElderPlace is preparing to open a new PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Center in conjunction with the development of Providence John Gabriel House, a new affordable housing project for senior citizens in Redmond, Washington. Both the housing and the PACE Center are scheduled to open in March 2017.

The PACE/ElderPlace model of care helps keep older adults as healthy as possible in the community by providing comprehensive health care and social services including: primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, nursing, therapy and social work services, rehabilitation, housing (if necessary) and much more. Participants attend the Providence ElderPlace Center on a regular basis, and transportation is provided. The ElderPlace team of health care and social service professionals and affiliates provide comprehensive integrated care to participants.

If you are interested in enrolling in the ElderPlace Redmond Center, call (206) 320-5325 and ask to speak to the Intake Representative, who can answer your questions and arrange a visit.
