Early detection is vital in the fight against breast cancer. Check your breasts regularly for lumps or other changes. USFHP allows you to self-refer for your annual screening mammogram. Should you need further in-depth examinations, your PCP will refer you to a specialist.

Call Member Services at 800-585-5883, option 2, to inquire the network/location for your screening mammogram close to home.
