Dr. George Diaz on mask shortages and postponed medical procedures

Dr. George Diaz, chief of infectious diseases at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, along with other medical professionals from around the country spoke with The Washington Post on mask shortages, the postponing of all sorts of medical procedures and the constant pressure to keep all except the most seriously ill patients out of overburdened emergency departments.
