How to enjoy a restful night during the pandemic

“As the COVID-19 pandemic alters everyday life in every conceivable way, the stress and uncertainty of the new reality has, for many, wreaked havoc on one of the most fundamental human needs: Sleep. Routines have been ruined, schools and offices have been shuttered, old forms of exercise have been abandoned, hobbies and adventures have been put on hiatus. As a result of all the change, sleep can be elusive.”

Ken Weizer, a naturopath with Providence Integrative Medicine, spoke with Oregon Live on tools and tips that medical experts recommend to help stimulate a full sleep.
