Dr. Ira Byock named to Modern Healthcare's class of Top 25 Innovators

Founder and chief medical officer of the Institute for Human Caring, Dr. Ira Byock, was named as Modern Healthcare's Top 25 Innovators of 2020.  

"Byock and his team at the Institute for Human Caring partnered with digital health vendor Xealth and ACP Decisions to create a shared decisionmaking tool for patients around one of healthcare's most sensitive issues—advance care planning."
