That’s because as you age, your risk for severe illness from COVID-19 goes up. For instance, if you’re in your 60s or 70s you generally have a higher risk of being severely ill from COVID-19 than adults in their 50s.

In spite of the grim times we’re facing now, humans are resilient. We will always want to live longer and enjoy productive senior years. The good news is that staying healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. Case in point: the five secrets here.
