About Jason Felton, MD
Dr. Felton is a Lubbock native, an American Board-Certified Neurological Surgeon, and the first fellowship-trained minimally invasive spine surgeon in West Texas. He earned his medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine before completing residency and fellowship training in neurological and minimally invasive and complex spine surgery in St. Louis.
With nearly two decades of experience, he specializes in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, spinal oncology, neurotrauma, and adult acute-care neurosurgery. Dr. Felton believes the best neurological care begins with listening and careful diagnosis. He is committed to delivering the most effective and least invasive treatment options tailored to each patient’s unique condition and goals to help them return to the life they want to live.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Felton enjoys spending time with his family and skiing and hiking in the mountains of Taos, New Mexico.
