Current COVID-19 vaccine eligibility for Humboldt County

St. Joseph Hospital, St. Joseph Health Medical Group (SJHMG) and the Humboldt County Department of Health & Human Services, Public Health Branch are working together to expand COVID-19 vaccinations to the community.

Eligible SJHMG patients will be notified through the medical group offices to schedule an appointment. Eligible community members 70 and over, emergency services workers, licensed child-care providers and K-12 and early childhood educators and support staff may attend by invitation only.

Visit the county’s website and fill out a Vaccine Interest Form. Eligible community members will then be notified by Public Health of available appointments and will be guided on how to schedule an appointment at the St. Joseph Hospital vaccine clinic during the allotted times.

Future clinics will be based on vaccine availability.
