There is no typical workday for Jaime Cruz, Maria Perez, and Sonia Allende. As Kadlec's Community Health Workers, their job is to be in the community they serve, interacting with the residents where they live, eat and even play. They are frontline agents of change, helping to reduce health disparities in underserved communities, working alongside their clients as they navigate health care services and access resources.
