Donations toward St. Jude’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors Emergency Response & Recovery Campaign enabled the purchase of 60 high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters, which are being used to clean the air in COVID-19 screening and treatment areas. By capturing airborne particles, including those that may contain the coronavirus, these filters help protect both patients and caregivers.
“We are immensely grateful to our donors whose partnership is helping safeguard the health of our patients, physicians, nurses and other caregivers. Your gifts will save and protect lives. We owe you a debt of gratitude.” – Troy Gideon, MBA, BSN, Executive Director of Clinical Excellence.
