
Dr. Mila Sprouse, Providence Swedish North Puget Sound chief nursing officer, recently received the prestigious “2025 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World” award from the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network (FWN). She received the award under the Innovator and Thought Leader: The Groundbreaker category within the Quaternary Economic Sector: Design – which includes graphics, interior design, architecture, UX service and systems. The Groundbreaker award recognizes those who create waves of change—touching lives and shaping the future for generations to come.
Her inventive ideas have fostered advancements that change the way we live, work, and heal. She is celebrated for inspiring innovation, championing social good, and uplifting others through mentorship and advocacy.
