Covenant Health is proud to announce the opening of its new family healthcare clinic in south Lubbock at 105th St. and Quaker.
The Family Healthcare Clinic will provide quality care to patients of all ages in south Lubbock and the growing community. The clinic will be staffed with accredited and licensed on-site family medicine physicians, including:
- Dr. Carrie Caffey (formerly Paine)
- Dr. Holly Lewis
- Dr. Mary Irving

The facility will offer extended morning, evening, and weekend clinic hours, lab testing, online scheduling, and same-day appointment availability. If a higher level of care or follow-up is needed, the clinic can help patients navigate to a specialty care setting based on convenience.
Clinic hours of operations include:
- 7:30am to 7pm, Monday-Friday
- 8am to noon, Saturday
