Providence Medical Group Announces Tentative Agreement with Two Oregon Nurses Association Bargaining Units

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is pleased to announce that a complete tentative agreement has been reached between Providence Women’s Clinic and two units represented by the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) – nurses and physicians/providers – following our recent labor negotiations.

This agreement marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing exceptional health care services.

ONA will share details with their members about the tentatively agreed upon terms of the contracts and will schedule a ratification vote.

Additional operational details will be announced following that vote.

PMG extends its gratitude to all our dedicated team members for their unwavering support and hard work during this period. Their commitment has been crucial in maintaining the high standards of care our patients expect.
