Providence St. Vincent radiologist talks contrast enhanced mammography

For patients with dense breast tissue, identifying tumors with a standard mammogram can be difficult. Contrast enhanced mammography, or CEM, provides more detailed imaging and the opportunity for earlier detection of breast cancer. 

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center began offering contrast enhancement mammography in February, and just last week, Karen Oh, M.D., radiologist, appeared on KATU's "AM Northwest" to explain the test and who should consider getting it.
