Dr. Rod Hochman, Dr. Matt Gonzales and other Providence leaders and clinicians are joined by Yale’s Dr. Mary Tinetti to discuss improving care for older adults.
Please join Providence’s family of organizations for a virtual event May 15 designed to energize, educate, and engage caregivers and colleagues in our journey to becoming an Age-Friendly Health System.
This year’s theme “What Matters to You, Matters to Me” focuses on the first and most important of our organization’s “5Ms” of Age-Friendly Care: What Matters; Medication; Mentation; Mobility; and Malnutrition.
During this two-hour symposium, Mary Tinetti, M.D., emeritus Chief of Geriatrics at Yale School of Medicine, will share insights on how to align care among all clinicians with what matters most to their patients through her national Patient Priorities Care program.
Rod Hochman, M.D., Providence president and CEO, other senior clinical leaders, and symposium host Matthew Gonzales, M.D., of the Institute for Human Caring, will engage in a panel conversation with Dr. Tinetti. We will highlight the exciting work being done across Providence’s family of organizations to advance better care for older adults through Age-Friendly Care.
All caregivers across Providence’s family of organizations, and others interested in Age-Friendly Care, are welcome. Please share this invitation.
