Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with Dan Diamond of POLITICO Pulse, a daily briefing on health care politics and policy. We discussed the current state of traditional hospital systems and why they need to pivot to become more agile, efficient and digitally savvy. We also talked about Providence St. Joseph Health and how our three-part strategic plan will help us make that pivot over the next five years.

You can hear our entire conversation on POLITICO’S Pulse Check podcast (starting at the 21:45 mark).
