St. Joseph Medical Center Receives a Gift of Books

Polson, MT— Providence St. Joseph Medical Center pediatrician Emily Hall, DO recently accepted a donation of children’s books from Laura Burrowes - Lake County Representative for the Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana.

The books will be given to young children through the hospital’s Reach Out and Read Program. The program builds a unique relationship between parents and medical providers to develop critical early reading skills in children.

The Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana is distributing children’s books throughout Flathead, Lake, Sanders and Mineral counties. The books are secured through a grant from the Molina Foundation.
