In 2016, the rate of positive drug screens on moms and babies at the time of childbirth was 33% in Polson, Montana - well above the national average. That's why Providence St. Joseph Medical Center created the "Bridge to Hope" program. Tara Sperry, RN tells us more about this program in this edition of HealthBreak.
