Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach closes Chemical Dependency program

As of September 12, 2022, Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach will close its Chemical Dependency program which is an elective inpatient and outpatient medical detoxification service for adults. The program includes 38 inpatient hospital beds.

As a result of this closure, there is a probable decrease of 33 personnel, but we are committed to helping those caregivers to find other positions within the hospital. The nearest comparable services can be found at Hoag Hospital, Chapman Global Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center.
