U.S. News Ranks St. Joseph Hospital Among Best Regional Hospitals for Fourth Consecutive Year

St. Joseph Hospital in Orange has been recognized as one of the top hospitals in the Los Angeles/Orange County metropolitan area by U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Regional Hospitals 2018-2019” rankings. This is the fourth consecutive year the hospital has earned this distinction.

Zoch, PhD, MHA, FACHE, chief executive of St. Joseph Hospital. “Being recognized as a top hospital is an honor which reflects the outstanding and continuous dedication to high quality patient care that each of our caregivers and medical staff provides on a daily basis.”

As part of the rankings, U.S. News identifies hospitals by their performance in treating a set of common adult procedures and conditions, and named St. Joseph Hospital as “High Performing” in eight types of care:

The ranking methodologies are based on several factors, including survival rates, patient safety, specialized staff, hospital reputation, and more.
