When cardiac arrest happens, every second counts. Providence Mission Hospital’s Heart and Vascular Institute offers a free annual CPR training course that teaches community members of all ages lifesaving CPR skills. Through hands-on CPR education and heart health training, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to respond quickly during a cardiac emergency, take action before first responders arrive and potentially save a life.
