Even in the face of disaster, Providence caregivers continued to care for patients—thanks to smart planning and the power of technology. When the Palisades fire shut down their clinic, the team quickly relocated to a sister site, used the Genesys phone system, and remotely logged into their computers to stay connected. The ability to enter work queues and support each other across locations made it possible to keep serving patients without interruption.
