Dr. Jake Choiniere

Dr. Choiniere attended Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA and completed his residency at the University of Washington, in Seattle, WA. He is board certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His clinical interests include General adult psychiatry focusing on consultation for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychosis and behavioral disorders emotional difficulties.

Dr. Chris Famy

Dr. Famy is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He earned his medical degree and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Washington, and completed an addiction medicine fellowship at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle WA. Dr. Famy cares for adult patients with a wide range of psychiatric illness including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic illness, and psychiatric complications of medical care.

Dr. Laura Salyers

Dr. Salyers received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, where she also completed her Residency in Psychiatry. Dr. Salyers is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been providing TelePsychiatric services since 2000.  She cares for adult patients with a wide range of psychiatric diseases illnesses.

Dr. Hisam Goueli

Dr. Goueli received a BS and MD from the University of Wisconsin and continued his education with Case Western Reserve University in Family Medicine and Psychiatry. He served as an assistant professor at Northwell Health, Northwest Hospital, and Emory University. Dr.Goueli has been involved in multiple publications and presentations throughout the medical community.

Dr. Michael Reznicek

Dr. Reznicek received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska, College of Medicine. Dr Reznicek completed his internship and residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Reznicek cares for patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders and behavioral disorders in children.

Dr. Joseph Perry

Dr. Perry received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Perry completed his psychiatric residency at Yale University. Dr. Perry is a Consult Liaison Psychiatrist. He cares for patients with a wide range of psychiatric diseases including, but limited to, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and major depressive disorder.

Dr. Consuelo Reddick

Dr. Reddick received her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Dr Reddick completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cambridge Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Reddick cares for patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders including depressing, anxiety, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Dr. Babak Akbarian

Dr. Akbarian started practicing as a primary care physician for 6 years oversees. He then moved to the US and started training in psychiatry. He completed his residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and followed this education with a one-year fellowship at UT Southwestern. Dr. Akbarian believes in educating his patients and giving them autonomy. At the same time, emphasizing the treatment that fits their condition the best.

Dr. Helen Zhang

Dr. Zhang received her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Zhang completed her psychiatric residency at the University of Washington. Dr. Zhang is an adult psychiatrist. She cares for patients with a wide range of psychiatric diseases including, but not limited to, mood and thought disorders.

Dr. Adam Karz

Dr. Karz graduated from UC San Diego where he completed a masters in Biochemistry and Cell Biology. He went on to study medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel and trained in Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He completed his fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and is board certified in both.

Dr. Catalina Draghici

Dr. Draghici graduated from her Psychiatry Residency Program from Maimonides Medical Center. She went on to complete her Psychosomatic Medicine Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundations in Ohio. She has been a part of multiple publications and medical programs. Dr. Draghici currently resides in Washington state.

Dr. Joshua Jones

Josh Jones, MD, is an ABPN board certified forensic and general psychiatrists. Dr. Jones earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, completed psychiatry residency at the University of Vermont, and achieved his forensic psychiatry fellowship at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Leah Basnett

Leah Basnett MD grew up in Olympia, WA and went to California for undergraduate studies in biochemistry at Mills College. She then traveled to the University of York in England to study bioinformatics and worked afterwards at GlaxoSmithKline in Geneva Switzerland. Dr. Basnett returned to the Pacific Northwest for medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of Washington. She has a keen interest in acute psychiatric care for patients admitted to the emergency department or inpatient in the hospital.

Rory Manley-Ciesielski, LCSW

Rory is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and LPS Designated in LA County.  He earned his master’s in social work and bachelor’s in social work at California State University, Los Angeles, with a minor in criminal justice.  Rory’s practice philosophy: “The best way to care for people with complex issues or concerns is to consider their full spectrum of needs: medical, behavioral, socioeconomic, and beyond by utilizing the concept of Whole Person Care.

Melony Burns, LCSW

Melony received a Bachelor of social work from California State University. She then went on to complete a master’s in social work in 2012 with an emphasis in children’s services. Melony has been working within the healthcare system since 2008. She has worked for Providence since 2021 and began her Providence career at St. Peters Hospital.

Joanna Tang, LCSW

Joanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Illinois.  She received her degree in social work from the University of Chicago.  Joanna also completed her training as a substance abuse counselor in Illinois.  Joanna’s practice philosophy: “Attentive listening without judgement and expressing empathy usually opens the door into the unique world of the individual in front of me.

Leeat Aronian, LCSW

Leeat is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California.  She earned her BA in Sociology from California State University Channel Islands and her MSW from California State University Northridge.  Prior to joining Telehealth, Leeat worked as a medical social working in various roles ranging from NICU to ED.  Most recently, she worked as a pediatric and OB social worker at a local hospital in California.

Mohammed Sufiyan Kagzi, LCSW

Mohammed Sufiyan Kagzi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Sufiyan graduated from Simmons College with his master’s in social work. Sufiyan’s prior experience includes outpatient community mental health services, homeless case management and therapy, and school social work. He loves to play volleyball. workout, travel with his partner, try new culinary cuisines and spend time with family and friends.

Olivia Fojas, LCSW

Olivia has a Master of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University and is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience working with children, adults, and families in various systems of care in the San Francisco Bay Area. She also has extensive experience with crisis evaluation and intervention in Emergency Department, psychiatric hospital, and jail settings. Olivia believes in the resiliency of the human spirit and has a strength-based and person-centered approach to care.

Kathryn Capeto, LCSW

Kathryn Capeto has spent six years at Napa State Hospital and ten years at the Sonoma County Jail providing care.  She served as Mental Health Director for Sonoma County Jail for four years. She has also worked in Providence Memorial Hospital and Kaiser in the emergency department. Kathryn has earned her Master of Social Work at San Jose State University and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Sonoma State University. She is also a certified Clinical Traumatologist.

Crystal Arellano, LCSW

Crystal received her master’s in social work with a health concentration from the University of Southern California. She then became a board-certified social worker in behavioral sciences. She most recently worked as an Endocrinology clinical social worker at Children’s Hospital in Lost Angeles California.

Yarely Guevara, LCSW

Yarely Guevara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Yarely graduated from USC with her Masters in Social Work Specializing in Children, Youth, and Families. Her prior experience includes school psychiatric services, inpatient/ outpatient therapy, homeless case management, and Emergency Room experience. She loves to read, travel, and current developed a plant obsession.

Trisha Leonard, LCSW

Trisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, and Alaska. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work in 2009 and her Master of Social Work in 2013, both at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has spent the majority of her career in crisis intervention, having previously worked as an Emergency Department Social Worker before transitioning to Virtual Care and Digital Health. Trisha is also the Clinical Supervisor for the Telepsych Program.

Arpine Shahdaryan, LCSW

Arpine acquired her Master’s in Social Work from USC in 2011 and applied her education and skills in the field of medical social work since. She has continued to provide empathy and support for her clients through her experiences working with the general public as a clinician. Apri is skilled in crisis management, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She is helped implement policy and procedures at previous places of employment and always look to share her accumulated knowledge and experience to better serve the community.

Tammie Bui, LCSW

Tammie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington, Oregon, and California. She earned her MSW/MPH dual degree from University of Washington.  Tammie has experience working in emergency medicine, pediatric oncology, inpatient case management and social medical research

Hilary Grabner, LCSW

Hilary has been a social worker for the last 15 years and has spent the majority of her career in healthcare. She has worked on both adult and pediatric inpatient floors, covered the complex care patients, and worked in the Emergency Department. In 2018, she transitioned into a role as a school-based health therapist working with elementary school students. Her clinical interests are child and adolescent mental health, specifically, anxiety, ADHD and behavior support. She maintains a small private practice serving this population as well as providing clinical supervision to new social workers.
