SEASIDE, Ore. — For many years, Providence has provided primary care to Warrenton residents from our location in Young’s Bay Plaza. Soon, we will begin an expansion project that will allow us to serve the community in the same shopping area – but in expanded space of nearly 11,000 square feet. We are adding a clinic next to Natural Grocers and will be offering many more services from our combined two convenient locations.
Our existing heart clinic in Astoria will relocate to the new space next to Natural Grocers, as will our primary care clinic. The new clinic will offer:
- Primary Care
- Walk-in Clinic
- Lab draws
- Diagnostic imaging:
- Stress testing
- Rotating specialty clinic services:
- General surgery
- Orthopedic surgery
Our existing primary care clinic next to Starbucks will be converted to a center for wellness and prevention. We will be offering:
- Cardiac rehabilitation
- Basecamp – individually targeted prevention and wellness programs to improve overall heart health.

Providence is investing more than $12 million in the project and thanks to generous supporters, Providence Seaside Hospital Foundation completed their initial goal of raising $1.5 million for cardiac rehab and Basecamp.
Construction and remodeling of the spaces should begin early next year and is estimated to take 10 to 11 months to complete. The clinic is expected to open near the end of August 2024 followed by the opening of cardiac rehab and Basecamp late December 2024.
