Pickett Fire Update

August 22, 2025 Providence News Team
Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center is closely monitoring the Pickett Fire in Calistoga. We remain open and fully operational.

While we are not impacted by the fire at this time, we are taking steps to ensure safe air quality inside our hospital buildings. According to CalFire, drift smoke will be present across Napa County. Take proactive steps to protect yourself and your family by:

- Keeping up-to-date with the air quality at AirNow Fire and Smoke Map.

- Signing up for emergency alerts at www.readynapacounty.gov.

- Visiting www.countyofnapa.org for the latest resources on the fire.

We are available to support our neighbors up valley and we are deeply grateful for the first responders working tirelessly to keep our community safe.
