Stay healthy and on your feet with free fall prevention events

September 19, 2024 Providence Oregon News Team

Balance, strength and overall health can change as you age, putting you at risk for falling. You can learn more about reducing the risk of falls at free educational presentations in September. Attend for yourself or someone you love.

The free educational presentations will include information about medications, footwear and changes to your home environment that can reduce the risk of falls.

Most events include an introduction to tai chi, which helps reduce the risk of falling, while improving strength and flexibility.

Attendees can also receive a personal medication review with one of our pharmacists.
