auxiliry-giftRichland, WA—Volunteers with an impact. That’s Kadlec Auxiliary. Members can be seen in a variety of areas throughout the hospital including assisting with sales in the Kadlec Gift Shops and sewing items for patients in Kadlec’s sewing room. But beyond their volunteer hours is their heart for service. Behind what they do is the impact they make through the Auxiliary Board by allocating the money they earn through Gift Shop proceeds to programs, services and capital equipment for the hospital – all for the benefit of patients and families at Kadlec.

For their 2018 end of the year gift, the Auxiliary has designated their $274,000 gift through Kadlec Foundation to the Kadlec Auxiliary Mammogram Assistance Program, mammography equipment, Healthy Ages after age 50 program, Kadlec Academy, Suicide Prevention and Community Health.

Kadlec Foundation is incredibly grateful to Kadlec Auxiliary for their continued support of philanthropic efforts to elevate community health.
